Through the boathouse, suitable for hosting small boats, the guests of the villa were thus allowed to make their stay pleasant with excursions to the first basin of the Lario. By the mid-fifties, the boathouse ended up in a state of neglect and was recently purchased and completely renovated by the current owners. From the private parking space, access to the LAKEQUEEN boathouse is via an ancient and picturesque staircase, renovated using the original stones from the end of the 1600s. You enter the living area consisting of a large sofa in front of the fireplace, an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a dining table. The living room opens onto a terrace ideal for outdoor dining while listening to the soothing sound of the lapping waves.  The staircase brings you to the large rooftop solarium terrace, the size of the entire boathouse. Every window and both terraces offer unique and breathtaking views of the lake.

On the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase and accessible from the outside, you find the sleeping area with a large double bed and a wardrobe-closet, flat-screen TV, and stereo, with an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a small terrace directly facing Villa d'Este. Exiting the main door from the bedroom, you come to the private beach, equipped with an outdoor shower and all the necessary comforts, and the pier.
