While the architect maintained the original features such as terra cotta floors, exposed wooden beams, the stone facades, he added all the modern comforts creating a living space of luxury.  A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, three working fireplaces, a home sound system, WI-FI, outdoor parking on premises for 2 cars.

The stunning views from every corner of the house are due to its position on the hillside of Cernobbio.  The road to access the house at the last 30 meters is steep and at one point narrow.  We highly recommend an automatic car for ease especially if you are not comfortable driving a manual.
